These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EduTrade Services website and your participation in our training programmes. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms.
EduTrade Services provides professional corporate training programmes as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and facilitators as necessary to maintain quality and relevance.
Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel a course, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. EduTrade Services is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants due to course cancellations.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and participate actively in training activities. Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who attend the full course.
Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards facilitators and fellow participants. EduTrade Services reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Course fees are as quoted at the time of booking. All fees are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due before the course start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the prevailing prime rate plus 2%.
All course materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of EduTrade Services or our licensors. Participants may use materials for personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
While we strive to deliver high-quality training, EduTrade Services makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancement, or business results from course participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduTrade Services' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course.
EduTrade Services is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
